Yaxell Ketu chef's knife – special edition with light handle
Limited edition! This stunning Yaxell Ketu chef's knife is made using the traditional Japanese layer forging method, and there are only 500 pieces in the world - of which only 20 are available in Finland .
Top-notch construction and quality
The knife's three-layer construction features a core of SG2 powder steel , protected on both sides by molybdenum-vanadium steel . The knife is hand-finished with beautiful Tsuchime forging , which makes each knife unique and prevents food from sticking to the blade.
The blade , with a hardness of 63 HRC, retains its sharpness for a long time and offers extreme cutting precision. The knife is sharpened at a 10-degree angle , which makes it particularly sharp and comfortable to use.
Numbered special edition
Each Yaxell Ketu knife is individually numbered , with the serial number engraved on the side of the blade. This makes each knife a unique collector's item.
Stylish light handle
The knife's ergonomic, rounded handle is made of light birch wood , inlaid with a traditional Japanese samurai family crest . The stainless steel pommel at the end of the handle bears the Yaxell logo in relief - a detail that emphasizes the knife's dignity.
Japanese craftsmanship
All Yaxell knives are made in Japan, in Seki City , where the tradition of steel and knife making dates back over 700 years.
