Hyvä veitsi

Hinta-laatusuhde on tässä kohdallaan. Todella hyvä veitsi esimerkiksi pilkkomiseen. Hyvä kahva, josta otteen märilläkin käsillä. Huomaa, että teräprofiili on melko suora toisin kuin monissa Santoku-veitsissä. Keinuva leikkuuliike ei ole tällä kovin luonteva.
