This Elegancia 3 layer chef´s knife of Suncraft is a premium quality knife. The core of the blade is SG2 powder steel.

 The hardness is HRC 62. It gives the  blade an  exceptional and long lasting sharpness. 

Handle material is Walnut-colored Pakkawood. The gently curved handle is comfortable to grab. With the wave pattern of the blade the design of the handle this knife a makes stylish impression.
