Suncraft Elegancia Slicer with a long and narrow blade and Western styled handle gives you perfect control when cutting thin slices of meat.

You can also easily slice  big fruits and vegetables.

The Suncraft Elegancia has extremely sharp cutting core made of Japanese powder steel SG2. Because SG2 is very hard (63 HRC) the blade has a long-lasting sharpness and it can be sharpened in a very sharp angle. The Cutting core of SG2 steel is put in 2 layers of stainless steels.

The handle is made of Walnut Pakkawood material. Pakkawood is durable and water-resistant and does not need any service. The Western style handle is polished and has a brass bolster. The ergonomically shape of the handle leaves sufficient space between handle and cuttingboard.

Wash manually and dry the knife after use.
