Each pan is constructed using cast aluminum – the pan will never warp or bend. Each piece is oven safe up to 500°F (260°C), making transferring your fry pan or sauté pan from oven to stovetop, extremely simple. The glass lid also features an easy-to-grasp knob with an adjustable steam vent.
