The set contains 3 high-quality Giesser knives necessary for hunters.

  • boning knife, blade 13 cm
  • sticking knife, blade, 18 cm
  • butcher´s knife, blade 24 cm.

The blades of the knives are made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel and hardened using the vacuum method to a hardness of 56-57 HRC. The blade is stainless and keeps its sharpness for a long time.

The handle is non-slip and durable TPE plastic. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of the handle, the grip is a little straining on the hand. The dovetail on the front of the handle prevents the hand from moving onto the blade.
