A small Santoku of the ZEN series. The core of the blade made of  VG10 steel is covered on each side by 18 layers of stainless steel.

  The hardness of the blade is 61 HRC. It gives the blade a very good and long lasting sharpness The upper part is hammered and a logo is stamped on the blade. Handle of durable black micarta.
